"AMUGA Mon Constat - Abidjan_SACEV" is a mobile application intended to help quickly restore traffic after the occurrence of a traffic accident by immediately putting users in touch with, the officers of the report and the companies of assistance, breakdown service and towing of vehicles immobilized on the road (following an accident or a breakdown) which most often are sources of congestion with a strong impact on road traffic, in the urban area of ​​the Grand Abidjan.To this end, the AMUGA aims, as a first step, to provide users with a public utility system to serve:• a simplified tool for putting users in touch with the police officers (police or gendarmerie) following road traffic accidents in Greater Abidjan;• a channel of friendly contact with the approved services for assistance, breakdown recovery and towing with a view to carrying out very rapid removals of vehicles immobilized for various reasons and which obstruct road traffic, thus leading to long line ups;• a means of information on the reference texts in matters of assistance, breakdown and towing of vehicles, user awareness, to contribute under certain conditions to digitization in favor of the fluidity of road traffic on public roads .This list of features is neither exhaustive nor definitive and may be modified at any time by AMUGA without liability being incurred by anyone in this regard.
